Paul Manship's 1934 statue, Prometheus, is at the rear of the arcade at Rockefeller Center. I guess I can’t call it the “gold man” anymore! In the winter, the area in front of the statue is converted into an ice skating rink. There were plenty of people skating and although I was tempted they didn’t have any skates for my tiny hooves. I would love to come back and see the enormous Christmas tree that is here each year. This city may never sleep but … yawn …. it’s time for this piggy to go to bed.
