Bartolomé Island, home of famous Pinnacle Rock. I must say that I am pretty impressed with this place. Nowhere like my farm in England. The weather is great, the scenery and especially the beaches are breathtaking and - I admit - there are some animals around which are a little cooler than pale faced piggys.
Anyway, I still rule!
Bartolomé is home for some of the Galapagos penguins and you have a reasonable chance of seeing them underwater when snorkeling. But they are fast: 40 km/h - so I do not want to have one of them bump into me at full speed.
I put on my pink diving suit but I was "only" joined by a white tip shark. (Now doesn´t that sound brave?) First pig to snorkel with sharks! Awesome, he? Yeeeehak!
